Reusable Face Masks: The eco-friendly alternative

Did you know that around 8 million tons of plastic waste are dumped into our oceans every year? With COVID-19 and the requirement of face masks everywhere you go now, we are seeing more plastic pollution than ever before. Think about how many disposable face masks you throw away every week! 

This led us to take a more environmentally friendly approach with our face masks. Not only does wearing a Reusable Face Mask help in reducing waste but they are also as effective as Disposable Face Masks.

Our Reusable Face Masks are Australian made. They incorporate 3 layers bonded together and have been designed to meet all the WHO recommendations for fabric face masks. 

The outer layer is made out of recycled polyester, making it eco-friendly. The filtration has antimicrobial and anti-fungal properties, made out of a foam material called Folma-Shield. The inner layer (the layer that touches your face) is made out of Carbon Hi-Tech Yarn which is heat regulating, moisture transferable and allows for breathability.
